The Role

You’re not just managing calendars; you’re enabling leadership to operate at maximum impact. As Executive Operations Assistant at Lio, you work closely with the CEO, deeply understanding priorities, stakeholders, and context; acting as a true extension of the CEO to keep the organization focused, aligned, and moving fast.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Build a deep understanding of the CEO’s priorities and proactively act in his best interest

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep priorities on track

  • Coordinate communication with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders

  • Support strategic projects and help drive initiatives across the company

  • Organize internal events, leadership meetings, and team offsites

  • Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving topics in a dynamic startup environment

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Think strategically and quickly understand priorities and stakeholder dynamics

  • Have experience as Founders Associate, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in operations roles

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels

  • Enjoy creating structure and solving problems before they arise

  • Are trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information

  • Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy taking ownership
