- Coordinate daily fulfilment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to resolve fulfilment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report fulfilment KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, delivery performance).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training and onboarding new fulfilment staff.
- Support system updates and digital transformation initiatives related to fulfilment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in fulfilment, operations, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fulfilment/order management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
