As an Executive Office Analyst, you will orchestrate client engagements and experiences for select Capital Group Management Committee members through the strategic coordination of meeting outcomes to enhance firm-wide strategy and deepening of client relationships.

You will coordinate client engagements and relationship maintenance
-
Pre-meeting: Creation of briefing memos and talking points to include holistic relationship snapshot through tight collaboration with internal relationship teams.

During: Support meeting needs, including logistics and materials.

Post-meeting: Draft follow-up / thank you correspondence and manage the feedback loop to disseminate executive feedback to appropriate internal parties.

Ongoing outreach: Proactively suggest touchpoints for regular client connectivity.

You have experience in maintaining and monitoring lists of strategic client contacts to ensure regular outreach and relationship upkeep, including ad-hoc client outreach to express appreciation for relationship growth and/or check-in on the relationship.

You can provide a weekly summary of key global client developments and upcoming leadership engagements and solicit feedback on proposed future engagements.

You will manage executive trip planning and collaborate with relationship managers to prioritize meetings for U.S. and global trips, develop trip packets with pertinent insights on client/partner meetings and competitor meetings, track external client engagements and maintain a calendar of executive global travel.

You will liaise with the Enterprise Relationship Management team to relay executive focus areas for internal client review meetings.

You can assist with the creation of talking points for client and speaking events.
Skills/Qualifications:

BA or BS degree is required; MBA is a plus.

Demonstrates exceptional executive presence and ability to navigate a complex organization with ease.

Demonstrates strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a strength in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner both in-person, virtually and in written form.

Ability to engage and balance a diverse set of stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and create a collaborative and approachable environment, especially when working across departments globally or time sensitivity.

Demonstrates superior organizational and planning skills with meticulous work product.

Minimum of 2-years of experience in financial services and ideally has experience being a part of an executive office.
New York Base Salary Range: $113,270-$181,232
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $104,776-$167,642
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
