- Plan staffs training with HQ & HR
- Foster a culture of accountability and motivation and continuous improvement.
ESH
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and ESH policy
- Identify and manage risks related to operations and customers service.
Report
- Prepare and compile sales and operations monthly report and submit to head office on branch performance.
- Analyze data and recommendation for improvement
Skills Required
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve branch revenue targets
- Manage and handle sales inquiries and develop new business opportunities
- Experience overseeing daily branch operations and implementing company policies
- Financial management of branch revenue and expenses against budget
- Customer service excellence and ability to handle escalated complaints
- Leadership experience including coaching, developing staff, and conducting performance reviews
- Knowledge of ESH/regulatory requirements and risk management
- Ability to prepare and analyze monthly sales and operations reports and provide recommendations
