Strategic Planning and Financial Management:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and financial metrics to meet engineering objectives.
- Oversee budget attainment, headcount planning, and operational pacing to ensure financial goals are met.
- Lead engineering’s yearly strategy and budget sessions.
- Lead engineering’s overall lean programs including yearly productivity targets and fixed production cost savings.
- Partner and negotiate all engineering’s contractor alliances.
