Executive, Inside Sales - Japan operation (Based in Tokyo)

Summary

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Operations Officer!
You will be part of the Japan sales team, providing support in handling all Trade related sales matters and enhancing our Trade Partners' experience in Japan market. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Scoot Commercial teams, as well as, external Trade Partners to ensure smooth sales activities across all point-of-sales that are in alignment with Scoot's policies.

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the operations for our Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Working with HQ Sales Operations team in supporting Trade related sales matters and enhance our Trade Partners' experience

• Optimising in-house tools to reduce manual processes and gain efficiences

• Supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, in alignment with Scoot’s policies and requirements

• Provide effective Trade communication to build awareness, maintain engagement and preserve loyalty

• Support commercial activities in Japan market

Requirements

• General Diploma

• Basic proficiency in Excel 

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize while meeting deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy
  Willingness and enthusiasm in learning

• Ability to cope with fast-paced working environment, remain calm and clear headed in times of crisis to support sales operations

• Self-starter, excellent communicator and strong team player

• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written in English

• Strong Customer Management skills to provide excellent service support to trade partners

• Ability to manage variety of time-sensitive tasks

• Relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation would be an advantage

• Experience with GDS(Amadeus/INFINI) would be an advantage
