Job DescriptionTo establish, implement, attain, maintain and continually improve District Industry Certification quality management system.
To support and conduct internal and external standards, regulatory, service provider and customer audits.
- Recognize, interpret and translate customer, government, industry and accreditation regulatory guidelines and requirements that applies to District operations and processes.
- Create, promulgate and lead new District Quality Management System(s) for SIN District facilities.
- Maintain and facilitate timely documentation and record keeping of applicable accreditation processes and activities including and not limited to standard operating procedures, checklists and forms.
- Lead new District facility in meeting applicable customer, government, industry and accreditation quality management system, as appropriate.
- Recognize and understand current trends and changes to government, industry and accreditation regulatory guidelines and requirements; and to communicate to applicable stakeholders and initiate management of change to quality management system, as appropriate.
- Conduct and facilitate scheduled and unscheduled internal and external self, customer, regulatory and accreditation agency inspections risk assessments, audits and inspections.
- Perform root cause identification and support corrective/preventive actions arising from internal and external risk assessments, audits and inspections non-conformance finding(s).
- Qualify, engage, manage and develop strong relationship with Accreditation and Certification agency and vendor.
- Source and negotiate service scope, terms, schedules, rates as well as execute cost effective and comprehensive contract, CAPEX, purchase order and statement of account management, as appropriate.
- Collate and submit monthly spend analysis report to ensure best in class material, equipment and service requisition and cost saving tracking to help department to improve quality management system and cost / value proposition.
- Support for Department scheduled and emergency after office hours service activation requirement, where required.
- Support, facilitate and manage applicable Company and Department tactical and strategic initiatives and projects to help improve business and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Meet 52 training hours per year and all directed mandatory trainings.
- Assist SPM Manager with Department annual budget and compliance.
Knowledge:
- A good understanding of industry and regulatory knowledge requirements.
- Knowledge of STP Plus, TradeFIRST, RCAR, BizSAFE, ISO9001, ISO13485, GDPMDS, CEIV Pharma etc. certification requirements will be an advantage.
