- Keep abreast of technological advancements in cloud operations, intelligent apps, and data analytics to ensure the learning content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced knowledge of cloud operations or data analytics is a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Proven ability to create and implement technical training programs related to cloud computing, AI applications, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, especially for complex technical concepts.
- Strong project management skills to execute multiple training initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and data visualization software.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
