Executive – Human Resources
(Based at Bodywear - Rathmalana)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS, by joining Bodywear as an Executive – Human Resources based at Ratmalana. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual, ensuring seamlessly delivering all tasks pertaining to payroll, attendance, employee relations, recruitment, HR services and other related HR functions driving the operations unit. Ensures compliance and alignment to Group and legislative polices/procedures whilst driving an engaged working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate overall HR and Administration Processes by ensuring the following activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing end to end talent acquisition for internal and staff positions within the set standards and KPIs across division
- Identifying divisional requirements – network with all divisions to understand and map out seasonal roles, access frequency of recruitment, niche skills, future potential etc.
- Building networks; while working closely with the HODs and the management on MAS reach across professional, Universities and student bodies.
- Update and maintain all the organizational structures for the entire division, ensuring the system changes are done according to the structural changes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management or relevant field
- 1 – 1.5 years of relevant work experience (Prior experience in recruitment would be advantageous)
- Fluency in English with Strong communication and negotiation skills (Written/ Verbal)
- Ability to work well with systems and technology.
