Tractors Petroleum ServicesTo identify improvement opportunities and ensure continual improvement of ESH performance within company.
To establish ESH risk management and assist in implementing effective risk control measures.
To conduct incident investigations in accordance with the Incident Notification and Investigation procedure.
To ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
To conduct monthly workplace inspection at Company branch level to determine whether any machinery, plant etc can cause bodily injury to persons at the workplace and any pollution to the environment.
To assist in organizing ESH committee and implementing ESH programmed at the workplace.
Become the secretary of the ESH committee at Company branch level.
To maintain statistic on accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational diseases and occurrence and waste generation.
To coordinate ESH trainings and conduct internal ESH training.
To conduct Contractor/Visitor ESH briefings and monitor permit to work of contractors as required.
To coordinate ESH monitoring programs at Company branch level.
To implement and maintain an effective ESH management system as per ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standard requirements.
To develop and implement HSE plans and associated ESH reports to interest parties.
Job Requirement:
Diploma & Bachelor’s in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferable have attended NIOSH Safety & Health Officer (SHO) training certificate Program or equivalent.
Preferable a registered safety and health officer with Department of Occupational Safety Health (Green Book Holder).
Experience in managing service operation or working in an environment where interaction or collaboration is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and strong leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadlines-oriented environment.
Familiar with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
