EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including sourcing, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with headhunters, universities, professional institutes and other talent partners.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, university events and networking sessions.
- Proactively source CVs through job portals, referrals and social media, and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
- Analyze and provide recruitment and attrition reports as requested.
- Support the performance management cycle by coordinating evaluations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding and other HR administrative processes as required.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment in a BPO set up.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication skills and positive mind.
- Proactive, energetic and results driven.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Energetic and Outgoing personality.
