Membership of the society is drawn from employees of shell companies in Nigeria. The shell COOPEAST is based in Port Harcourt and caters for its member’s welfare by providing the following services. Qualifications
Degree in Humanities, Social or management sciences.
3-5 years relevant experience at least one of which one must have been in a supervisory role.
Good understanding of HR concepts (man-power sourcing, placement, learning and development, performance management, reward and recognition, retention and exist management etc)
Knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment legislations.
Good leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good relationship building/management skills.
Skills Required
