Job Description
Position Title: Executive – Global Accounts - Accounts Receivables
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Review and Invoicing:
- Review sales orders for accuracy, gather necessary supporting documents for invoices, and ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients. Manage invoicing through ERP systems.
- Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting:
- Handle key accounting tasks, including managing accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure that all internal and external financial reporting obligations are met accurately and submitted on time.
- Client and Customer Support:
- Address and resolve customer or client queries and requests promptly as they arise.
- Self-Directed Learning and Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and perform tasks independently with minimal oversight.
- Apply formal education and judgment to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Policy Creation and Regulatory Compliance:
- Develop and maintain policies governing the company’s financial reporting processes, ensuring adherence to industry-standard reporting regulations.
- Supervision and Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Provide guidance and oversight to lower-level exempt or non-exempt staff within accounting operations.
- Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- BCom./M.Com.with about 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.

Skills Required
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- BCom or MCom with about 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience managing invoicing and sales order review using ERP systems
- Experience managing accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and preparing financial statements
- Ability to address and resolve customer/client queries promptly
- Experience providing guidance or supervision to lower-level accounting staff
