Front Office Executive
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience. The role involves managing reception operations, handling incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining visitor records, and supporting administrative tasks. The incumbent is expected to represent the organization with a courteous and service-oriented attitude while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
About the Role:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and clients in a polite and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them appropriately to concerned departments or personnel.
Maintain the visitor management system, ensuring proper check-in/check-out records and issuance of visitor passes.
