Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain a good relationship with the employees of the respective sections in the production floor in order to maintain the unauthorized absenteeism & labour turnover as agreed by the business.
- Assist in creating a productive and focused environment in the relevant production sections in order for the production process to run smoothly.
- Collate the absenteeism & turnover information for report preparation in making decisions.
- Develop and execute measures to uplift the women empowerment in the plant through the WGB initiative to promote equality.
Knowledge and skills:
- Handling absenteeism and LTO
- Organizing and conducting employee engagement activities
- Experience in grievance handling
- Understanding of disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries
