Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to establish and sustain an effective relationship with the production & production support departmental employees in order to create a healthy environment to reduce absenteeism & labour turnover whilst motivating and increasing employee engagement for the organization to meet the efficiency objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustain a good relationship with the employees of the respective sections in the production floor in order to maintain the unauthorized absenteeism & labour turnover as agreed by the business.
• Assist in creating a productive and focused environment in the relevant production sections in order for the production process to run smoothly.
• Collate the absenteeism & turnover information for report preparation in making decisions.
• Develop and execute measures to uplift the women empowerment in the plant through the WGB initiative to promote equality.

Knowledge and skills:

• Handling absenteeism and LTO
• Organizing and conducting employee engagement activities
• Experience in grievance handling
• Understanding of disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries
