The Activewear product range offers diverse solutions such as Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit.
As a unified platform, the Activewear Value Stream combines global scale, speed and technical expertise, positioning MAS as a trusted partner for innovative, performance and lifestyle apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and carry out recruitment campaigns in selected villages in order to fill organizational manpower requirements.
  • Liaise with the Production department and other departments to identify, attract, select and recruit machine operators and other worker categories. 
  • Develop positive Employee relations through effective communication such as the following so as to minimize absenteeism and labor turnover and enhance motivation levels in order to maintain manpower requirements of the organization. 
  • Assist in handling all disciplinary and grievance matters including industrial relations, ensure the organizations rules and procedures. 
  • Conduct CSR projects as per the divisional requirement to enhance the immediate community of the plant, obtain feedback and expertise from the Central Sustainability team.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field
    Professional qualifications in Human Resources – Advantageous
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
