Ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of employees, contractors and visitors;
EHS actives at the site by developing EHS plan and have knowledge of statutory compliance such as MPCB
Rules, Factory Act, environment Act, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015
Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout company
Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization;
Coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in the facilities;
Respond to employees safety concerns
Providing Training to executive staff, senior management and supervisors in emergency preparedness; Respond to fires and other emergencies;
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Creating analytical reports of safety data
Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of statutory EHS compliance, including MPCB Rules, Factory Act, Environment Act, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001:2015.
