Measures of Success

In three months, you will have:

  • Become familiar eCommerce services, tools, and client business.
  • Developed a strong understanding of the various platforms and systems powering search and eCommerce media.
  • Worked closely with the Campaign Delivery Team and Client Leadership teams to optimize overall campaign performance.

In six months, you would have:

  • Independently provided eCommerce solutions for ad-hoc client requests.
  • Delivered flawless and timely biddable media campaigns that meet pre-determined KPIs.
  • Taken control of the eCommerce Sr. Executive role to become a trusted advisor to the client by justifying recommendations, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes.
  • Improved workflow efficiencies across teams.
  • Stayed on top of betas and innovations in the digital space and articulated their relevance to internal and external stakeholders.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Provided strategic insights on eCommerce offerings.
  • Increased volumes for Paid Search and eCommerce.
  • Worked closely with Campaign Delivery and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated proposals for existing clients.
  • Identified new eCommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implemented action plans, collaborating with data and analytics teams to plan out deliverables.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Act as an expert in eCommerce, responsible for planning and optimizing the effectiveness of Search and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Plan media across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Meta, and FSA (Grab & Foodpanda).
  • Demonstrate outstanding ability to think creatively and troubleshoot problems.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Gain knowledge and experience to support the team in developing eCommerce strategies for existing business.
  • Keep pace with industry trends and developments, aiming to be first to market with innovative approaches.
  • Serve as the Search and eCommerce Champion and point of contact within the group.
  • Build close relationships with vendors such as Lazada, Shopee, Grab, Foodpanda, Meta, and Amazon.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital strategies.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to clients and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and projections.
  • Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on current events, digital media trends, and industry developments that impact business.
  • Serve as an expert in performance optimization.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a biddable media and client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of all Search and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Proven success in running audience-based, performance-driven, and direct response campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automated dashboards; analytical mindset that is both creative and data-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of media fundamentals.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering flawless work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train and demonstrate leadership capability.
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in clients and their businesses.
