This is a performance-driven commerce role inside dentsu, where execution is directly tied to growth outcomes.

You’ll work across marketplace advertising, retail media, and affiliate ecosystems, helping brands improve how they show up and perform where purchase decisions actually happen.

This is not a passive campaign management role. You’ll be working inside live commerce environments where traffic, conversion, and revenue are constantly moving; and your decisions directly contribute to improving them.

If you’ve worked in platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Ads, Lazada, or similar performance environments, this role is designed to deepen your expertise beyond execution into true commerce growth thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day performance execution across marketplace advertising, retail media, and affiliate campaigns.

• Monitor live campaign performance and actively optimize for traffic, conversion, and sales outcomes.

• Manage budgets, placements, affiliate structures, and platform mechanics to improve commercial results.

• Work with performance data daily; not just reporting it, but using it to decide what to improve next.

• Identify growth opportunities across platforms and translate them into practical, testable actions.

• Support weekly performance discussions where decisions are made based on what is working (and what is not).

• Collaborate with internal teams across media, commerce, and client servicing to keep performance moving in the right direction.

A Bit About You

• At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, performance marketing, affiliate, or retail media environments.

• Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Tokopedia Ads, or similar commerce ecosystems is highly relevant.

• Comfortable working with live performance data and making decisions based on numbers, not assumptions.

• Strong bias toward action, you naturally think in terms of testing, optimizing, and improving outcomes.

• Curious about how platforms, algorithms, and consumer behavior connect to sales performance.

• Highly structured, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns running in parallel.

• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift based on performance.
