The New Hampshire Municipal Association (NHMA) represents all 234 cities and towns across the state, supporting effective local government through advocacy, education, training, and legal services.
As NHMA enters its next phase, the Executive Director will lead the organization in advancing its mission, strengthening relationships with municipal leaders, and guiding strategic priorities that impact communities statewide.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with the Board, staff, and key stakeholders to enhance NHMA’s influence, expand member engagement, and ensure the organization continues to serve as the leading voice for New Hampshire municipalities.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic leader with strong communication skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex policy environments. Integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to public service are essential.
The compensation range for this position is $175,000–$225,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
