Pathway to Possible (P2P) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing, support, and advocacy for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Founded in 1972 and formerly known as the Newton Wellesley Weston Committee for Community Living, P2P has a long-standing commitment to erasing barriers, building confidence, empowering independence, and expanding opportunities that enrich the lives of those it serves. The organization operates six homes in Newton and Wellesley, Massachusetts, supporting 40 clients ranging in age from 22 to 83, and is overseen by an engaged Board of Directors, a dedicated administrative and executive team, and approximately 70 direct care workers. P2P’s programs include residential living, independent living, and a Family Series that connects and supports families, all designed to foster independence, community integration, and meaningful relationships.

As the lead administrator, the Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for advancing P2P’s mission of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This visible and approachable leader will engage directly with clients, families, staff, and community partners, fostering a supportive and joyful workplace culture. The Executive Director will balance visionary, strategic leadership with operational discipline, ensuring both programmatic excellence and financial sustainability. They will serve as the public face of P2P, building strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding the organization through periods of growth and change.
