How you’ll make an impact:
As we prepare for the potential launch of KT-621, a novel oral protein degrader being developed for immune-mediated diseases, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to prepare the organization for Kymera’s first commercial launch.
The position will be responsible for leading commercial strategy, launch readiness, and brand planning activities for KT-621. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this individual will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the commercial vision, product positioning, customer strategy, launch preparation and launch for one of the most important assets in Kymera's portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring deep immunology expertise, including direct experience in atopic dermatitis and preferably asthma, along with a demonstrated track record of leading successful commercialization efforts for innovative therapies.
- Lead development and execution of the global commercial strategy for KT-621 from late-stage development through launch and lifecycle management.
- Define the global product vision, positioning, differentiation, target patient segments, and value proposition.
- Lead U.S. launch readiness planning and all commercialization activities.
- Develop disease-state and product-specific marketing strategies and messaging.
- Partner closely with the Analytics & Insights function on competitive intelligence, market assessments, forecasting inputs, and customer research.
- Serve as the commercial lead within cross-functional development teams.
- Influence clinical development strategy, endpoint selection, and evidence-generation plans.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities across immunology indications.
- Build strong partnerships across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

- Advanced degree required (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent).
- 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience spanning U.S. and global markets.
- Significant experience in marketing, commercial strategy, and launch planning.
- Direct immunology experience required.

Compensation
- Kymera offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both results and capabilities through market-based, performance-driven pay.
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $315,000 – $395,000, with eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
- Actual salary is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate’s depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.
