Executive Director -- Assisted Living

We are looking for an experienced, innovative Executive Director to lead our growing team and ensure that our residents are always receiving the quality care and hospitality we are known for.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Director is responsible for the effective operations and overall management direction of the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Community. Responsible for assuring the highest degree of quality care and service is provided to our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing 5 star-luxury to our residents and grow the Wingate culture.
- Responsibility and Accountability of Directing the Overall Management.
- Hire, Evaluate, Coordinate, Monitor Performance, Schedule and Supervise Staff
- Implement policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.
Skills Required
- Experience leading or managing an assisted living community or comparable senior living operation
- Ability to direct overall management and day-to-day operations
- Ability to hire, evaluate, schedule, supervise, and monitor staff performance
- Ability to implement and enforce policies and procedures
- Commitment to quality resident care and luxury hospitality
