Performs dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, kitchen and dining-area sanitation, tray removal, food and supply storage, and occasional beverage service. Follows safety, infection-control, sanitation, emergency, and facility procedures while supporting the Dining Department in a senior living community. Reports equipment, supply, and safety concerns and attends required meetings and training.

Provides personal care and daily living assistance to senior residents according to service plans. Responsibilities include managing resident accounts, receipts, deposits, petty cash, administrative policies, office staffing, personnel performance, recruitment, training, and compliance. The role supervises business office staff and works with regional accounting, human resources, and facility leadership to maintain accurate procedures and regulatory compliance.

Provide and supervise day-to-day nursing care in a long-term care setting. Provide hands-on clinical support as a traveling Licensed Practical Nurse across multiple assisted living communities, including medication administration, assessments, coverage for vacancies/PTO, onboarding support, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with Wellness Nurses and clinical leadership.

Provide skilled LPN nursing care in patients' homes under RN direction. Coordinate care, communicate condition changes to physicians/RN, prepare clinical notes, arrange equipment and medications, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and perform hands-on patient care and transfers.
