Evaluate resident needs and conditions, assist unit manager with individualized care plans, direct nursing staff, coordinate emergencies, and make independent clinical and staffing decisions. Perform routine duties independently and provide guidance to ancillary staff.

Provide front-desk concierge and valet services for an independent living community: greet residents and guests, answer phones, manage inquiries, handle packages, coordinate valet parking using Cubigo, deliver items, maintain lobby order, support hospitality tasks, follow HIPPA confidentiality, and uphold Wingate's "5 Star" service standards.

Provide hands-on clinical support as a traveling Licensed Practical Nurse across multiple assisted living communities, including medication administration, assessments, coverage for vacancies/PTO, onboarding support, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with Wellness Nurses and clinical leadership.

Administer medications to residents per physician orders, maintain medication storage and records, monitor for side effects, follow infection control, and perform CNA duties as directed in a memory care/senior living setting.

Perform dining service and cleaning routines under the Dining Service Manager. Assist residents during meals, maintain dining area cleanliness, work flexible hours, and provide coverage at other facilities during emergencies as needed. Follow facility policies and communication requirements.
