1.Business Plan
Assisting Head of Corporate Services to monitor the progress of FGVF’s business plan through :
Data collection and related reporting
Relevant projects
2. Policies and Procedures
Assisting the Head of Corporate Services to monitor compliance of policies and procedures through :
Update of Business Continuity Plan
Update of Risk Register
Preparation of documents with related to ISO37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)
Act as Assistant, Document Controller for non-quality related policies and procedures
3. Event / Program Management
Assisting Head of Corporate Services related to event / program management through :
Preparation of proposal
Arrangement of venue, room bookings, handouts, etc.
4. Licensing
Assisting Head of Corporate Services related to licensing through :
Renewal / New Application of related licenses
5. Others
Assisting Head of Corporate Services related to filing and contracts through :
Maintain efficient and appropriate filing systems
Preparation of official letters
Preparation of Contract Manufacturing agreements
To execute a task instructed by the management from time to time.
