The Wearables and Growth Platforms team is focused on creating MAS’ next generation of growth by building, scaling and commercializing its wearable technology and medical device businesses.
As part of this growing team, we are looking for an individual to ensure the smooth and timely movement of finished goods from manufacturing partners to customers. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong interest in developing expertise across export operations, logistics and supply chain management.
What you will be required to do:
- Manage end-to-end export shipments, from finished goods receipt through to final customer delivery.
- Coordinate BOI, customs, regulatory and export compliance requirements and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, export and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate SAP/ERP transactions covering inventory, orders, deliveries and fulfilment.
- Monitor order fulfilment and proactively address shipment delays, shortages, quality issues and operational risks.
- Ensure adherence to trade regulations, company policies and internal controls.
- Support process improvements and provide shipment reports, operational updates and performance insights to management.
What we are looking for:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, export operations, supply chain or a related area.
- Understanding of export documentation, BOI/customs processes and trade compliance.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required

- Understanding of export documentation, BOI/customs processes, and trade compliance
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
