As Relyance AI’s Executive Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our CEO, Abhi Sharma, providing high-level support and guidance. You will be partnering closely with Abhi to strategically run the business.
As an Executive Business Partner, your role will include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the executive team, and the board to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing day-to-day operations and calendaring for the CEO. Help drive CEO’s key initiatives and special projects to completion
- Project Management: Leading and managing cross-functional projects.
- External Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, media, PR, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Leading and Mentoring the other team member to elevate the Executive Operations function.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000.
