Fulltime - 12-month maternity leave cover.  

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable person to provide Executive Assistance to the Executive team. This opportunity will see you provide high quality executive and business support to two Senior Managers and their leadership teams. You will operate in a patient focused environment, helping leaders stay focused on delivering outcomes that matter to our patients and key stakeholders and colleagues.

Commencing in July 2026, the successful applicant will have high level communication skills both verbally and in writing coupled with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others to achieve results. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in line with our Ramsay Core Values will also be key to your success.

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to meet both internal and external customer expectations and requirements
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office package, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Proven organisational skills and high degree of attention to detail and accuracy North Shore Private Hospital
  • Ability to develop policies, plans and strategies departments
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance Commission and DVA guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

  • Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
