Job Description:
QC Capital is an investment company based in Los Angeles, CA. The company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support two executives with daily administrative, coordination, and driving-related tasks.
This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who is responsible, careful, organized, and comfortable handling both office support and field errands. Approximately half of the role will involve driving, transportation, appointments, and local errands.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and personal assistant support to two executives.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, reservations, and other routine arrangements.
- Drive executives or assist with transportation-related needs as required.
- Run local errands, visit properties, attend appointments, or check items/locations on behalf of the executives.
- Communicate clearly with vendors, service providers, and internal/external contacts.
- Track tasks, follow up on pending items, and ensure details are completed accurately.
- Handle documents, basic office coordination, and other clerical support duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling executive-related matters.
- Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by the executives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above required.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
- Valid California driver’s license and strong driving record required.
- Comfortable with frequent local driving and field errands.
- Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and highly reliable.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks accurately.
- Calm, patient, and not reckless when handling tasks or driving.
- Comfortable working closely with two executives and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Los Angeles, CA area.
