As Executive Assistant to two Managing Directors, you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, high-performing team committed to excellence in Corporate and Institutional Banking. In this pivotal role, you’ll support two senior leaders while helping to drive a collaborative and professional environment.

You’ll deliver seamless business and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a key liaison, building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, and collaborating with the EA network to maintain alignment and trust.
  • Streamline team operations through onboarding support, budget management, travel coordination, and event planning, creating a well-organised environment.
  • Enable the Managing Director to operate effectively by managing schedules, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-ups to ensure priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
  • Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings by coordinating agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and driving delivery.
  • Support the Managing Director in driving team outcomes by following up on actions and ensuring timely completion.

 

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across the Group.
  • A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, perform under pressure, and adapt to change.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • A background in a Big 4 bank or accounting firm (highly advantageous).
