What You’ll Do
As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, managing correspondence, communications, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- In this role, your communication responsibilities will span a wide range of channels and platforms, not just traditional calls, emails, or letters. You’ll interact through digital collaboration tools, instant messaging, and video conferencing, adapting your approach to suit each situation and audience.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics—proactively prioritizing to maximize executive effectiveness
- Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and materials, including charts, tables, and briefing documents
- Support internal communications by recommending content, format, and distribution for clarity and alignment
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, including vendor coordination and budget-conscious execution
- Maintain organized documentation, take minutes / notes at meetings, team sites, policies, and distribution lists with strong attention to detail and version control
- Provide project coordination support for both recurring and special initiatives, including research, meeting prep, and follow-up tracking
- Provide select household coordination support, including managing household vendors and service providers, managing and paying bills, scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with personal administrative tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Assist with personal social media accounts
- Support philanthropy and community involvement by managing charitable requests/sponsorships, tracking donations, commitments, and follow-ups, and coordinating involvement in non-profit events and community initiatives

What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms, AI, Google Suite, scheduling tools
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/task management tools
- Strong presentation and document creation skills
