Work Arrangement
- We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive EA to keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives on staying two steps ahead.
- Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Follow up with internal staff to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Financial Admin: Apply and reconcile payments against invoices with high accuracy.
- Systems Management: Maintain clean records across our CRM (Pipedrive) and other internal systems.
- Supplier Relations: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers via email.
- General Admin: Manage Outlook, handle logistics, and use Excel to create tracking reports.
- Presentations: Supporting the team with basic slide deck creation and visual layouts via PowerPoint or Canva.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years in a mid-level Admin or EA role.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Excel (specifically for reporting).
- CRM Skills: Previous experience with Pipedrive (or similar) is a major plus.
- Reliability: A calm, solutions-focused approach to a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative: Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but sees what needs to be done and handles it.
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am PHT start time, should complete 5-6 hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break per working day
