The Role
We are on a

- Coordinate across leaders to align meetings,
deadlines, and communication
- Prepare high‑quality reports, briefings,
correspondence, and presentations
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and
external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritise emails and requests, knowing
what needs escalation (and what doesn’t)
- Support governance and leadership processes,
including meeting coordination and documentation
- Maintain secure, accurate, and well‑organised
records and documents
- Track key priorities, deadlines, and action items
for leadership
- Support leadership projects, coordination
activities, and process improvements
- Handle highly confidential information with
professionalism, integrity, and discretion
