As Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the most senior leaders in the business. You will provide seamless, proactive, and highly confidential executive support, ensuring the Chairman’s time is optimised and priorities are executed with precision.
This is a fast-paced, high-profile role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with discretion at all times.
As an EA to the Chair at Global, you will:Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Diary & Schedule Management (35%)
Own and deliver complex, ever-changing diary management for the Chairman, using sound judgement to prioritise and manage competing demands
Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and ensure time is aligned to key business priorities
Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including Board-level engagements
Ensure all meetings are prepared for in advance, with clear agendas, briefing documents, and logistics handled seamlessly
Stakeholder & Relationship Management (25%)
Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
Build strong relationships across the business, including Executive Committee members, Board directors, and external partners
Screen communications, ensuring the Chairman’s time is protected while maintaining responsiveness
Handle sensitive matters with diplomacy, professionalism, and absolute confidentiality
Operational & Administrative Excellence (25%)
Manage all travel arrangements (often complex and international), including itineraries and contingencies
Oversee expense management and administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, anticipating issues before they arise
Project & Event Coordination (15%)
Support the delivery of key business initiatives, events, and projects led by the Chairman
Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, meetings, and engagements
Track actions and follow-ups to ensure delivery against deadlines
