Core Responsibilities
Manage the complex calendar of the Senior Vice President (SVP), coordinating multiple priorities, meetings, and events to ensure efficient time management and seamless scheduling.
Oversee complete travel logistics, covering flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation while ensuring policy compliance. Optimise trip agendas by scheduling meetings, dinners, and engagements with key stakeholders.
Proactively manage SVP's email, prioritising urgent messages and handling requests. Highlight deadlines and schedule tasks, ensuring time for key follow-ups.
Manage the onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
Support the management and coordination of external commitments and partnerships, including leadership roles and collaborations with various organisations and initiatives.
Process expenses and raise purchase orders promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
Organise logistics and coordinate meetings, including annual, bi-annual, and monthly events. Handle agenda planning, pre-read preparation, and related practicalities.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join us to support our Senior Vice President of Digital Consumer Engagement. You must have a proven track record of providing awesome and uncompromising support to a leader covering a wide variety of tasks as needed. This position is the lynchpin of the DCE Leadership team being the centre point for communications, information, meeting organisation and liaising with other internal and external stakeholders.
Do you have what is takes
Experience from a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, preferably in a large global organisation
The ability to multitask, prioritise and be organised in your day-to-day work
Comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour
Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with proactive collaboration that leaves a lasting impression
The ability to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office suites and office 365 collaborative tools
A personal interest for communication, creative engagement work and the digital creative community would be appreciated
A drive to challenge the status quo, embracing an 'only the best is good enough' mindset
