The Impact you will have in this role:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Financial Risk & Governance (FR&G) leadership team. You will enable efficient executive operations through expert calendar stewardship, meeting preparation, communication support, and coordination of team‑wide administrative activities. Success requires strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage sensitive information, and streamline processes across a dynamic department. You will actively collaborate with internal and external partners at all levels and help foster an organized, informed, and well‑connected team environment.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule coordination, and prioritization to support effective time management.
  • Prepare for and support meetings, including organizing materials and ensuring follow‑up actions are tracked.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expenses in alignment with company policies.
  • Manage expense submissions and general administrative processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support planning and execution of internal events, team gatherings, and department-wide initiatives.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications to keep teams informed and engaged.
  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive information and executive communications. 
  • Help reinforce and influence a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture through consistent communication and support.
  • Maintain and update internal sites, shared folders, and digital resources to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Assist with managing collaboration tools and access requests to support team operations.
  • Keep organizational documents, such as reporting structures or workspace assignments, current and accurate.
  • Contribute to learning, onboarding, or training programs by coordinating logistics and tracking participation.
  • Support a variety of administrative projects that enhance departmental efficiency and organization.
  • Apply risk and control awareness to daily tasks and escalate issues as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience required
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

 Talents Needed for Success:

  • 5 or more years’ administrative and secretarial experience with 2 years supporting senior executives.
  • Demonstrate excellent PC skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project Manager, Access) and e-mail/calendar software
  • Experience working with purchase orders, payments and employee management systems desired

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
