Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle schedule changes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports in compliance with corporate policies.
- Organize large-scale meetings, conferences, and team-building events, including logistics and materials.
- Handle confidential correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes using various media.
- Support preparation of content for various meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
We are looking for someone who has…
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field required.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
