Executive Assistant to SVP – Expert in Calendar & Stakeholder Management!Join our dynamic Markets and Channels (M&C) Central Marketing team at the LEGO Group and bring your exceptional skills to life! This is a fantastic opportunity to become the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, coordinating and collaborating with teams across our global organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Calendar Leadership & Strategic Prioritization
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of the SVP’s complex and fast‑changing calendar.
- Proactively safeguard time, reprioritize requests, and push back when needed to ensure focus on strategic priorities.
- Coordinate corporate meetings, leadership forums, preparation slots, and ensure all pre‑reads and materials are ready ahead of time.
- Understand key stakeholders across the organization and use this insight to optimize scheduling and interactions.
Travel & Meeting Coordination
- Manage and optimize weekly travel to Billund or Copenhagen as well as additional domestic and international trips.
- Prepare logistics, itineraries, briefing packs, and ensure all details are handled smoothly.
Expenses & Administrative Excellence
- Oversee and process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain shared drives, team distribution lists, and documentation with a strong focus on data compliance and structure.
Leadership & Team Support
- Act as the professional and friendly first point of contact for the MCCM team, LEGO Group Stakeholders and external partners.
- Support onboarding of new leadership team members and help foster strong team connectivity.
- Manage incoming emails and requests, triaging and handling them on behalf of the SVP.

- Has proven experience supporting executives at VP or C‑level in a fast‑moving environment.
- Stays calm, structured, and solution‑oriented when priorities shift.
- Brings a warm, service‑minded approach and helps create a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- A high level of expertise in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
