Role Overview:
Nasuni is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrator to support our Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. This role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys serving as a trusted operational partner to executive leadership.
You will operate as a force multiplier—owning complex scheduling, executive logistics, meeting execution, and operational coordination so leaders can focus on driving product innovation and technology strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high accountability, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure to dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize high-volume, complex calendars for two C-level executives
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve competing priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
Prepare executives for meetings with briefing materials and agendas
Attend leadership meetings as needed; capture notes, track action items, and drive follow-ups
Create and format executive-ready presentations
Plan and execute team offsites, QBRs, and internal leadership events
Manage budgets, purchase orders, and expense reporting
Partner with other Executive Administrators to align executive schedules and company initiatives
Support broader office operations and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP-level or above required; C-level preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume calendaring
Experience coordinating domestic and international executive travel
Experience managing expenses, budgets, and purchase orders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information
Ability to prioritize and pivot in fast-moving environments
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting Product or Engineering leadership
Experience in SaaS or technology companies
Experience planning leadership offsites or internal events
Familiarity with Concur, Teampay, Brex, or similar tools
