As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Applies highly developed administrative and coordination skills to complete activities. 
- Acts independently on standard procedures and handles non-routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices. 
- Proposes and implements solutions to administrative concerns. 
- Provides regular guidance and instruction on work procedures and policy to support personnel. 
- Able to craft electronic presentations from raw material and/or other resources. 
- Seeks supervision as needed for direction and approvals. 
- Job skills, training, and broad knowledge of standard software is required to apply knowledge of advanced secretarial skills, procedures, and methods used in the job. 
- Able to relate business concepts to general organizational goals. 
- Must be able to conduct more difficult assignments. 
- Must have superb communication skills. 
- Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time when needed. 
- Logistical support various internal and external events. 
- Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solentum's values and ethical standards. 
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and five (5) years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a private, public, government, or military environment 
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with meeting scheduling and coordination 
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with office projects, program activities, and ability to guide the work of others 
- Possess (CPS), Certified Professional Secretary certification 
- Post-high school specialized training and/or core college level courses

Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
