We seek a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Vice President/General Manager, Cell Culture & Cell Therapy, the Vice President, Human Resources, BCD & the Senior Director/ General Manager, Cell Culture. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual capable of managing complex calendars, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning strategic meetings and events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the organizational agility to navigate a steep learning curve—quickly grasping our business structure and leadership styles.
Location: Site based role in Hunt Valley, MD. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
- Handle professional scheduling, including agendas, email, and calls for the executives
- Lead, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, meal coordination, and expense reporting.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation and maintenance of filing systems and contact databases.
- Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a high degree of strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion when collaborating with the business
- Coordinate team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
- Contribute to team efforts, weekly, and biweekly staff meetings, by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Build a network between other regional and global executive assistants.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management abilities and the skill to prioritize and coordinate various projects for collaborators concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office suite, and other office efficiency tools, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- Adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Prior experience assisting HR management preferred but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $35.00–$47.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
