Job DescriptionAs the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing executives, the coordination of office operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In this role, you will be flexible, utilize your independent problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
What you will bring to this role:
- Act as the point of contact between company executives and internal/external clients
- Provide administrative support to company executives including calendar management, meeting set up and coordination, travel and logistics planning, and expense reporting support
- Capture meeting minutes and actions and proactively follow up on project deadlines and deliverables
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and team members, as needed
- Welcome and host in-office guests, answer, and direct telephone & email inquiries
- Creates professional quality reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provides administrative support for employees within Sales and Marketing
- Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Assist with coordination and planning of industry conferences, training labs, and department or team events
- High School Diploma Required. Associate’s degree or post-secondary education preferred.
- Five (5) years of previous experience supporting C-Level Executives is required.
