Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Executive Assistant to support our company president during a 3-day business summit in Orlando, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced and high-level event environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to the president of the company during the summit
- Assist with scheduling, time management, and coordination of meetings and events
- Take notes, handle logistics, and manage communications as needed
- Ensure the president is prepared for each session, meeting, and engagement
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive support throughout the event
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Must be located in or able to travel to Orlando, Florida
