eJam is a DTC e-commerce studio that creates, scales, and sells consumer brands. We run full-stack growth in-house—creative, media buying, CRO, and lifecycle—operate globally at high velocity, and lean into AI-enabled marketing and training.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the meeting-to-execution pipeline: capture decisions and action items, translate them into clean project plans, drive daily follow-through with task owners, surface risks early, and escalate blockers fast—keeping launches on track and freeing the CMO to focus on strategy.
What you’ll do
- Attend key marketing/creative/retention meetings; document decisions, owners, and due dates.
- Create and maintain tasks in our PM tool (ClickUp): dependencies, SLAs, links to briefs/assets.
- Run daily check-ins with owners; follow up on overdue or at-risk deliverables until closed.
- Escalate blockers immediately with context and options; coordinate cross-team unblocks.
- Maintain the production calendar and status dashboards; publish concise weekly rollups for Paul.
- Enforce PM hygiene (naming, statuses, attachments, retros) and keep SOPs current.
- 2–4+ years as an EA, project coordinator, or ops specialist in a marketing/creative org.
- Familiar with ad production, retention/lifecycle flows, and PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Jira).
- Excellent note-taking and written comms; detail-driven, organized, and persistent.
- Comfortable in fast test-and-learn environments; confident chasing status and closing loops.
- Reliable overlap with 8am–5pm PST for stand-ups, reviews, and launches.
