The Role:
Executive Assistant to Vice President Services CoE and Site Leader India, providing administrative support to the Vice President Sales India.
The work you’ll do:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage complex global calendars, prioritising urgent matters across different time zones.
- Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports for executives.
- Prepare and refine business documents, such as reports and presentations.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
2. External Engagement
- Manage communications and client interactions with external stakeholders on behalf of the Executives, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Partner with the Marketing team to coordinate meetings and events involving external stakeholders such as clients, industry associations, chambers of commerce, analyst relations firms and industry forums communities.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to arrange regular business reviews for the GTM executive.
3. Internal Business Support
- Track internal initiatives and ensure accountability for action items across teams.
- Manage and facilitate corporate and office events planning.
- Draft executive communications, announcements, and summaries on behalf of the leader.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives vital for organisational growth.
- Provide real-time support during meetings by meticulously tracking discussions and decisions.
- Work with the Sales Operations team to obtain data for Executive review.
The qualifications you need:
- 12-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Tech Industry.
- Proven experience supporting diverse functional leaders, including GTM Sales leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Skills in cultivating a professional and collaborative atmosphere among colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
