As a Division Support Specialist at ATC, you'll bring your high school diploma and at least seven years of experience to support key organizational initiatives, events, and decision-making processes that enhance workplace culture and customer engagement. You'll act as a vital connection within the People, Culture & Customer division, ensuring administrative services are efficient, aligned, and executed with precision.
In this hybrid role, you will thrive in a matrix-reporting environment, balancing multiple stakeholder needs while leveraging technology to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammar, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Tact, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
