Leads government affairs strategy and advocacy across local, state, and federal levels. Monitors policy and regulatory developments, develops policy positions, advises executives, builds relationships with policymakers and stakeholders, represents the company in public forums, oversees lobbying disclosures and political contribution reporting, and leads employees and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires approximately 30% overnight travel.

Leads corporate affairs strategy, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, community investment, and stakeholder engagement. Advises senior leaders, strengthens organizational visibility, oversees giving and sponsorship programs, measures communications effectiveness, and develops a communications team. Requires extensive corporate communications experience and strong strategic, relationship-building, crisis leadership, and business acumen skills.

Supports talent acquisition tools, learning and development initiatives, HR process improvement, documentation, automation, and employee lifecycle activities. Collaborates with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners on internal initiatives while gaining exposure to recruiting, organizational development, career development, and strategic HR functions.

Supports the Supply Chain team with sourcing, procurement, analytics, and process improvement. Responsibilities include creating Power BI dashboards, assisting with supplier RFPs, analyzing proposals, reporting insights, developing performance metrics, and contributing to system and process improvements. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally, work on real utility-industry projects, and gain exposure to sourcing and supply chain performance measurement.

Supports marketing and communications through content creation, social media, campaign support, competitive research, asset organization, performance reporting, and customer engagement initiatives. The intern will help promote corporate giving, business initiatives, and brand efforts while gaining experience in communications strategy, stakeholder insights, and event support. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and possess strong writing, organization, creativity, and collaboration skills.

Supports cost estimating and project performance tracking for capital infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include updating estimating tools, maintaining earned value management tools, monitoring project health indicators, analyzing field change requests and cost metrics, preparing reports, and improving cost engineering processes. The intern will gain experience supporting electric utility infrastructure projects and project execution teams.

Lead scheduling strategy, governance, and execution across infrastructure programs and projects. Develop and manage integrated Primavera P6 schedules, monitor critical paths, milestones, risks, variances, and forecasts, and provide portfolio insights to leadership. Establish scheduling standards and controls, improve reporting and forecasting, allocate scheduler resources, and coach internal and contracted scheduling teams. Support prioritization, sequencing, mitigation planning, and delivery of complex, high-priority transmission and capital projects.

Lead integrated public engagement and digital communications for transmission infrastructure projects. Develop strategies, create content, manage websites and social media, build stakeholder relationships, measure impact with analytics, and support approvals, construction, and reputation efforts to advance energy initiatives.
