The role supports transmission infrastructure projects from planning through execution while aligning activities across utilities, engineering, construction, regulatory, finance, environmental, real estate, and community stakeholders.

Leads and continuously improves the enterprise safety program through gap assessments, risk management, field engagement, hazard analysis, training, procedures, stakeholder influence, and data-driven performance improvement. Coaches employees, leaders, contractors, and safety liaisons; supports utility field operations, contractor safety, incident prevention, and safe work planning. Develops practical safety guidance and evaluates trends, leading indicators, and controls to reduce serious injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.

Design and automate secure, reliable cloud and hybrid infrastructure, focusing on Azure and operational automation, while ensuring alignment with mission-critical needs.

Serve as ATC's primary community and stakeholder liaison for major transmission projects. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, lead public outreach and meetings, build trusted relationships with local governments, landowners, and community leaders, communicate technical information clearly, anticipate and address community concerns, and partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning and decision-making.
