Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise data platforms, data models, and integrations. Supports the System Operations team in updating, developing, and maintaining an Energy Management System for electric transmission operations. Responsibilities include maintaining EMS components, developing operator visualization tools, gaining experience with SCADA and advanced network applications, conducting engineering analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to improve EMS functionality.

Lead scheduling strategy, governance, and execution across infrastructure programs and projects. Develop and manage integrated Primavera P6 schedules, monitor critical paths, milestones, risks, variances, and forecasts, and provide portfolio insights to leadership. Establish scheduling standards and controls, improve reporting and forecasting, allocate scheduler resources, and coach internal and contracted scheduling teams. Support prioritization, sequencing, mitigation planning, and delivery of complex, high-priority transmission and capital projects.

Leads ATC’s transmission system planning team, overseeing grid studies, project development, reliability compliance, capital forecasting, regulatory support, and planning processes. Coaches technical professionals, allocates resources, manages consultants, and communicates recommendations to executives, regulators, customers, and industry stakeholders. The role guides long-term transmission strategy, prioritizes investments, identifies compliance risks, and supports enterprise initiatives and reliability events.

Leads enterprise business solutions, applications, ERP, data analytics, AI, innovation, asset data, and technology portfolio management. Aligns technology and data strategies with business goals, prioritizes investments, strengthens governance, oversees analytics and decision-support models, and drives digital transformation. Builds high-performing leadership teams and partners with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value, operational excellence, and reliable technology capabilities for the electric grid.

Coordinates delivery of major MISO long-range transmission programs exceeding $500 million. Responsibilities include program planning, scheduling, governance, project controls, budget and cash-flow monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, permitting, contracting strategy, consultant and contractor oversight, and executive reporting. The role supports transmission infrastructure projects from planning through execution while aligning activities across utilities, engineering, construction, regulatory, finance, environmental, real estate, and community stakeholders.

Leads and continuously improves the enterprise safety program through gap assessments, risk management, field engagement, hazard analysis, training, procedures, stakeholder influence, and data-driven performance improvement. Serve as ATC's primary community and stakeholder liaison for major transmission projects. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, lead public outreach and meetings, build trusted relationships with local governments, landowners, and community leaders, communicate technical information clearly, anticipate and address community concerns, and partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning and decision-making.
