The Advisory Service Line of Eisner Advisory Group LLC is a fast-growing organization. The Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant will play an important role in ensuring that practice leaders have the support to address the needs of our growing business. We are looking for someone who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Provide administrative support and project coordination on initiatives led by the Practice Group Leader for Emerging Sectors working with members of the Advisory Leadership Team, the Advisory Practice, Mergers & Acquisitions Teams, and Firm Operations Groups. 

  • Support the completion of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, proofreading and scheduling team meetings.

  • Work with the leader to develop and maintain on-going management of priorities for the Emerging Sectors Practice and work with Advisory Leadership Team members to facilitate reporting & project completion.

  • Assist with coordination of meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements.

  • Located within proximity of our Houston Energy Corridor office to occasionally provide face to face operational support to our CFO Advisory team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant/project coordinator working with an executive. Preferably in a fast-paced professional services or private equity environment.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools in particular – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint. Mastery of project management software tools a plus.

  • Strong organization skills demonstrated by ability to remove obstacles to deliver projects on time.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven.

  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly. 

  • Maintain privacy and discretion.

  • Be flexible and open to taking on additional/modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business.

  • Cultivate and maintain solid relationships internally and externally.

  • An ambitious, self starter, consistently taking initiative and driving projects forward.

  • Understanding of accounting firm business models and operations.
