We have a requirement for an executive assistant for the supply chain organization in Taipei.
Activities include:
1. Assist SCO visitors logistics: hotel booking, entrance to the office, arranging dinner or team builds…
2. Coordinate Taipei SCO spot bonus
3. Assist foreign managers and employee's visa or work permission for foreigners joining SCO Taipei
4. Adhoc support for country manager
5. Ordering stationery and manage other office expenses.
6. Travel arrangements and cost declarations, phone bills for some of the senior directors
7. Organizing town halls across departments, support annual event (Chinese new year party)
8. Secretary for some departmental, overall SCO Taipei MT and country MT meetings (minutes, actions)
Job Requirement:
1. Be proficient in English and Chinese
2. With at least 3-5 years in Assistant related role, ideally supporting a team with 20+ members.
3. With hightech industry and international working environment experience is a plus.
4. Ability to support a wide range of activities across the supply chain organization in Taipei
5. Eager to learn and develop new skills (has to work with SAP, Workday, and other related systems).
6. Have skills to work with Microsoft tools like Excel, Power-point, Word etc.
7. Be 'customer' oriented, communicative and proactive
8. Organize fast amounts of information, plan ahead and set priorities
